Accora Village is a one-of-a kind community that focuses on its residents and the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
Accora Village is Canada’s largest privately-owned rental community. Under new ownership, the management team began planning for the redevelopment of the existing community infrastructure. Their goal in this long-term revitalization project is to decrease vacancies, improve product quality, and transform the public perception of the neighbourhood.
For this diverse community, our strategy was to develop an overarching brand message while simultaneously delivering targeted marketing campaigns that were unique to each product offering. Although marketed individually, these products were to be clearly linked to the broader themes in the Accora Village brand.
With a brand overhaul and detailed campaign rollout plans, Accora Village is seeing a positive response from the City of Ottawa.
Accora Village’s newly streamlined website has received more visits, generated more tour requests, and positively differentiated the community from others in the rental industry.
In addition to a fully redesigned website, we produced brand and product campaigns, event merchandise, and digital strategies. This allowed us to highlight Accora Village’s product offerings and client-centred approach to renting.
Since the launch of the website, web traffic has increased significantly, with half of all web visitors originating from the target demographics. Our integrated online booking tool has also become the new, user-friendly method for new leasing inquiries. As part of our marketing and communications strategies, we leveraged Accora Village’s digital presence through regular social media engagement, ongoing rental incentive plans, and frequent web updates to promote this progressive and thriving rental community.
From idea creation to execution and monitoring, we have helped position Accora Village as a rental community that caters to the lifestyles of its residents.
We implemented a lifestyle-focused campaign for Accora Village to help differentiate them from other rental communities. This multi-layer campaign approach appealed to various target markets by focusing on what each type of renter needs from a community.
With more people looking for freedom in renting, we broadened our reach to attract millennials, Gen-Xers, and downsizers.
In order to highlight Accora Village’s greenspace, nearby waterfront, and exclusive features in a unique and creative way, we designed textured illustrations of notable parts of the community. We implemented this imagery across various marketing platforms, including online advertising, print publications, and Kijiji.
Viewers can be taken on a tour of the community through a short animated video that we created to help them explore the area in an unexpected way. With bold graphics and vibrant illustrations, the video attracted our primary target market, garnering over 100k views in its first three months.
