Driven to simplify the paradox of choice, Digby Paints provides its customers highly curated colour selection and disposable sundry items that can be delivered to their doorstep in 24 hrs (or less). To promote and support Digby’s go-to-market efforts, a series of creative services were required.
To begin the project and as a primary goal, CT needed to help Digby Paints guide the creation of useful, appropriate, and impactful messaging, and to capture what the company stands for, how it is different, and why it matters. This was achieved via a content strategy, which then underpinned a variety of other project objectives.

With such a unique business model in the home decorating and painting realm, Digby Paints needed a messaging strategy to emphasize as much. Its tone and style needed to be authentic and cheeky; friendly and informative. Messages needed to impart a sense of authority and confidence, but not err on the side of being plain or inanimate.
With this in mind, a tagline of “Decide your vibe” was created to allude to the bounty of colour options Digby Paints provides. Sub-messaging included “Paint for Life With Digby”, and was complemented by beautiful, inspiring imagery to evoke creativity from customers.
Less is more.
Digby Paints’ simple, modern wordmark concept upholds a ‘less is more’ aesthetic to provide flexibility for use across collateral and packaging. Its custom font can appear in countless colours, balances playfulness with sophistication, and emits a friendly and approachable feel. Core values of authenticity, convenience, quality, and creativity ensure customers receive exceptional service standards — and that their homes and living spaces are living up to their fullest design potential.
