Job Description

Cinnamon Toast (CT) is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to transform creative concepts into tangible, high-quality assets that reflect our clients’ messages, objectives, and brand vision. The successful candidate will have a solid design background, expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and proficiency in Figma.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Determine design, layout, and formatting of creative materials.
  • Produce high-quality visual elements for various marketing projects, including brand identities, websites, guidebooks, proposals, presentations, and brochures. 
  • Prepare, proof, and finalize creative materials for print and web applications.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal CT team members to ensure cohesive, polished deliverables.
  • Bring conceptual thinking and design innovation to client projects while adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating logical, creative, and organized design work.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Knowledge of web/interactive design, usability, and responsive design principles is an asset.
  • Bonus: Experience with Webflow, WordPress, and journey mapping.

Desired Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or graphic design certification
    • 2+ years design (or similar) experience

Nice to Have

    • Knowledge of AODA standards
    • Bilingual communication skills (FR)
